About Us

After 30+ years working in the hospitality industry assisting brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Crowne & Embassy, we decided to leave the corporate game and relocated to our 4th generation lake cottage in northeast Indiana in 2020.

Always a dream of ours… we dove into the short term rental market and rent out a portion of our cottage to travelers offering cooking classes in our chef’s kitchen as well as historic boat tours on the pristine glacial lake – Lake James.

We are passionate about hosting and providing the best experiences in hospitality for our guests, and also LOVE assisting others along their journeys in getting into the short term rental market and achieving their dreams!

Since our early 20’s we’ve worked in a mix of hospitality related companies… property management, full service hotels, started a market research firm for the hospitality industry (operated for two decades), owned and operated a residential cleaning company, owned a marketing agency, a video production company, and now operate our own short term rental which is in it’s 5th year. We’ve had amazing success with our own rental and want to pass our experiences and knowledge onto new hosts and anyone wanting to improve their short term rental through coaching and advising.
